COMPETITIVE TEAM PROGRAM
This program builds upon the foundational training received in the recreational program. The goal of this program is to compete in select invitational meets, AAU competitions, and USD regional, zone, and national meets during the spring and summer months
Assessment required to receive an invitation to participate; assessments will be made at the discretion of the Head Dive Coach

USAD JUNIOR OLYMPIC TEAM PREREQUISITES
Mastered 5 groups of diving on 1- and 3-meter boards (front [101], back [201], reverse [301], inward [401], twisting [5111])
Compete in all AAU/USAD competitions
JUNIOR OLYMPIC TEAM PREREQUISITES
Accomplished 5 groups of diving on 1-meter board (front [101], back [201], reverse [301], inward [401], twisting [5111]) in addition to skill development on 3-meter board
Compete in at least 4 AAU & USAD competitions
MIGHTY PIKES JUNIOR OLYMPIC TEAM (8 YEARS & UNDER) PREREQUISITES
Accomplished basic skills not to exceed 101c and 201c on 1- and 3-meter boards
Competitive team program that parallels our comprehensive USA Diving Olympic developmental program
Focuses on all fundamental and developmental skills that would prepare the young athlete for a future in competitive Junior Olympic diving
